The "Libre" theme is the first theme published to the LibreCSS project. It was initially written for the LibreCSS project itself.
This theme is designed with the Lynx browser in mind, containing various elements that remain hidden on graphical browsers to give an improved viewing experience for text-based web browsers. The CSS is fully Level 3 compliant, and the layout is designed for computers with resolutions above 1024x768 (yes, it is still one of those themes!) Support on so-called "smart" devices, such as so-called "smart" phones, can not and will not be guaranteed. But then again, the theme's not meant for mobile browsers, entirely by design, anyways.
